What is "Paid as Taken?"
“Paid as Taken” refers to a policy that will not have its commission paid out until at least 30 days after the policy has been issued. This happens on a policy for a variety of reasons.

What is a charge-back?
A charge-back is the reversal of a commission payment on a policy that cancels during the first year, or a policy that is rescinded. The amount of the charge-back is determined by the number of months that policy stays active.

Where can I get a breakdown of my pay?
Each week, an advance statement will be delivered electronically to your iPad. This can be found by going into the Library app on your iPad and selecting the Statements icon. These are arranged and stored in chronological order. Statements are made available by Friday for business written the week prior (to be paid that day).
