With over 10 years of customer service experience, Platinum’s customer service supervisor Angie is ready to help ease the hassle of filing claims and expertly walk you through the claims process.
What is your favorite part about working on Platinum’s customer service team?
I love the people working here. It’s such a family-oriented atmosphere, and I wake up every day excited to come to work. I really enjoy being able to collaborate with the teammates I have and help them grow professionally. I love working with the people in my department-they’re nice, accommodating and always responsive. And that’s throughout Platinum as a whole, too, from the agents in the field to the top floor in the home office.
What do you enjoy the most about working with customers?
With customers, I really enjoy answering their questions and helping with their issues. It can be very hard at times, but I feel like that’s when it’s the most rewarding. Sometimes you really have to dig in and dive in and do some research on finding things, so I like that aspect of it, doing the research and looking into things for customers
Do you have any customer service philosophies that you follow?
The customer service that I provide is all done over the phone, so customers can’t see me smiling, but I want to make sure that they can hear it. Every customer deserves respect and a delightful customer service experience, and that’s what I try to provide every time.
