After trying out the Platinum sales opportunity for a summer during college, Andrea decided to pursue a career once she graduated from college. For Andrea, being in the field and helping others has brought her both fulfillment and personal success—let her tell you for herself.

What has your time at Platinum helped you accomplish so far?

The confidence that the Platinum sales career has given me at such a young age is huge. I have developed management skills and people skills that I would not have been able to receive while sitting behind a desk or on the phone. These are valuable skills that I will be able to carry with me for the rest of my life. I have more confidence when I look ahead toward creating my own business. It’s unlike anything else.

What advice do you have for another young woman who might be considering the Platinum career?

Don’t be afraid to take a risk because when you do it’s amazing what can happen. Just don’t be afraid to live up to your full potential. I have control of my life, and I think that’s huge.

What do you enjoy most about being a Platinum sales representative?

I have made a lot of good friendships with the other agents. It’s been huge for me to realize how supportive everyone is. The training is nice, including being able to get people on their feet and see them have the experience that I got to have. It’s huge to hear people say that they wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for me. It’s cool to be in those shoes and see people have a complete lifestyle change, especially at my age.
