Jim Lange joined Platinum Supplemental Insurance in 2013. In his role as COO, Jim is responsible for organizational leadership, team development and creating a high-performance culture. Before joining Platinum, he held senior executive positions in the areas of sales, operations, customer service and technology. Jim received his MBA from the University of Dubuque and has worked with a variety of organizations, from large Fortune 500 companies to small start-up businesses. With a passion for building new leaders, sales enablement, customer service and business analytics, Jim’s impact has enhanced Platinum’s sales performance.
