Alyssa Schrobilgen directs and coordinates Platinum’s dynamic sales operations efforts and oversees the inside sales department. Her team of sales support specialists provide knowledgeable, timely sales enablement support to Platinum’s field sales representatives. The team also manages Platinum’s compliance requirements, ensuring Platinum employees and agents maintain ethical and legal standards while following all insurance laws. Alyssa began her career in the Platinum home office in 2007 as a customer service representative. Through her knowledge and initiative, she has served various areas of the company. Alyssa earned her MBA from the University of Dubuque in 2018.
