    A Platinum Customer Service Specialist is available to answer questions and provide you with step-by-step assistance to start your claim. Your phone call will always be answered by a friendly, well-trained licensed insurance representative during business hours.   • How do I purchase a policy?
    If you are interested in learning more about or purchasing a policy, contact the Platinum Customer Service Department at the phone number listed below.   • What is supplemental insurance?
    Supplemental insurance plans help you pay for things your normal insurance doesn’t cover. The benefits are paid directly to you (or whomever you choose), not the medical provider, so you are able to use the benefits to pay for out-of-pocket medical costs, supplemental lost wages or to pay for some of the other unexpected expenses due to illness.
